PUBLISHED 8th December 2014

When you're hanging out with a group of friends, a common question will eventually pop out is,
'Where should we go next?', then it'll be another 30 minutes of debating on what to do. I don't quite
like going to a bar cause it's too loud that you can't even carry a proper conversation with your
friends, or going to a movie that involves no interaction.

If you're feeling bored this weekend and have no where to go, then perhaps you can try out LOST
SG. I love escape games! Even before LOST SG came to Singapore, I've been downloading escape
games on my phone to play during boring train rides. If you're unfamiliar with what an escape game
is, basically you and your friends will be locked up in a room full of clues leading to your escape.
The concept of the game is that simple, but it requires a lot of brain activity and team work to
complete it!

Escape games are widely known in Hong Kong, and now LOST SG is in Singapore! In order for
players to have better escape gaming experience, LOST HK works closely with Singapore. As the
clock ticks, you will have to find your way out as a team. Using analytical, logical reasoning and
observational skills to put the missing pieces together. There are a total of 5 games, Alcatraz,
Aokigahara, Castiglione, Exodus and Isometrick, we got to play two rooms!

The first room we entered was the Exodus, an Egyptian themed room, following Moses footsteps to
free the Israelites. Before entering the room, there'll be an introductory video to aid you in
understanding the story behind the game. Honestly, I wasn't really paying attention cause I was super
excited to enter the room. Without any help, my friends and I only made it to a third of the complete
escape journey. Never seen the boys so enthusiastic.

Next room we entered was the Alcatraz room where we had to relive the events that happened in
1960s where 4 inmates attempted to escape the most secure prison. We were all separated and have to
work closely together in order to escape the cell! It was two hours of shouting, laughing out loud and
passing sarcastic remarks at each other but it was a lot of fun.

I had a great time at LOST SG, better than going to a movie or a noisy bar cause it involves a lot of
interaction! Do you think you are smart enough to escape a room within 60 minutes? Then why don't
head down with your friends and try to piece the puzzles together.

SG$20.90 per pax for 1 game of 60 minutes during non-peak and SG$26.90 during peak hour.
Players might be sharing the room with another group unless they book up to 7pax of the room.
Peak hours: Mondays to Friday, After 6pm & whole day for Saturdays & Sundays.

Non-Peak hours: Mondays to Friday 11am- 6pm.

LOST SG is giving out 1 lucky follower (with 5 friends) to experience a game worth SG$150 at LOST SG.
